This document constitutes a formal agreement between Soulbiz City Tech and users of our digital infrastructure, defining the boundaries of strategic consultancy and software module usage.
01. Intellectual Property Rights
All software modules, strategic frameworks, architectural blueprints, and content displayed on soulbiz.biz are the exclusive property of Soulbiz City Tech. Our "Urban Stream Core" and "AI Governance Framework" documentation are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access these static representations for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary infrastructure logic or static software modules without explicit written consent from our Vancouver headquarters.
Authorized Access
- Strictly for professional municipal and technical vetting.
- No automated data scraping or infrastructure scanning.
- Users must be 18+ or represent a legal municipal entity.
02. Liability
Soulbiz City Tech provides strategic consultancy and modules "as-is." While we verify our AI governance logic against ethical benchmarks, our software presentations are static frameworks. We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to municipal budgeting or hardware-specific sensor integrations.
Urban Core Integrity
Our governing law is anchored in the jurisdictions of British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. All infrastructure audits and software deployments adhere to federal data residency standards.
Advisory Boundaries
Consultancy recommendations provided by Soulbiz City Tech are technical in nature. Our AI Governance Frameworks serve as strategic guidance; final policy binding and regulatory compliance must be verified by the purchasing municipality's local legal counsel. We do not provide financial investment advice or participation in alternative currency exchanges.
Termination & Access
We reserve the right to restrict access to our technical resources and software modules if we detect breach of these terms. This includes any attempt to use our frameworks for opaque urban management practices or unauthorized data manipulation within Canadian city infrastructure grids.
